Low Pressure Molding Solution provider LPMS was founded in 2006. LPMS is the pioneer of low pressure molding,CVD, conformal coating nano spray&coating film technology and dual liquid molding technology.    Provides custom machine based on customer application.

二 两液型低压注塑
     *	提供含两液型硅胶、两液型PUR低压注塑方案评估、设备、模具、胶料与工艺参数等的一站式两液型低压注塑解决方案
     *	提供高性能的制式两液型低压注胶机。更可提供各种非标客制式两液型低压注胶设备满足客户多样化的产品生产需求。
     *	两液型低压注胶模具的设计、制作。专业的模具PE和设计团队铸造精品两液型低压注塑模具。
     *	提供两液型低压注塑小批量试产及工艺验证服务和批量代工服务。
     *	根据客户产品要求提供高性能的两液型低压注塑原材料及胶料，并提供胶料选型、测试服务。

2. Dual liquid molding
   Silicon and PUR resin dual liquid molding. Provides molding DFM, low pressure molding equipment, mold set design&fabrication, resin and set up parameters.
Provides custom machine based on customer application.
   Provides contract manufacturing based on ISO9001 and TS16949 standards.
   Provides technical support during the production.





三化学气相沉积（CVD)
     *	针对客户具体项目，进行项目评估、提供专业可行的CVD解决方案，
     *	10多台化学气相沉积设备，提供纳米涂层加工服务(打样测试或大批量加工生产)。
     *	根据客户技术要求提供CVD工艺所需的粉体与原料，并给于专业的技术指导；
     *	为有需要的客户提供有针对性设计的CVD加工设备（真空气相沉积镀膜机、真空脱气炉等相关设备）。
3. Chemical vapor deposition (CVD)
   Provides DFM and CVD solution based on specific application.
   More than 10 sets CVD equipment to provide contract manufacturing for nano coating.
   Provides CVD powder and material. Provides CVD processing equipment (vacuum vapor deposition coating machine, vacuum degassing furnace, etc).

四  三防漆喷涂
     *	针对客户具体项目，进行项目评估、提供专业可行的三防漆解决方案和产品三防漆代加工服务(打样测试或大批量加工生产)。
     *	根据客户要求提供适用的三防漆，提供全程的使用技术指导与服务。
4. Conformal coating spray
Provides DFM and coating solution based on specific application.
   Provides coating contract manufacturing.
   Provides coating material and technical support.
五 锂电池生产相关设备
     *	提供各式高性能电池自动贴标机、电池自动装袋机、电池自动点焊机与激光点焊机。
     *	客户生产过程的给予专业的全程技术跟进与指导。
     *	设计研发其它锂电池生产相关设备，并可根据客户设计整条锂电池生产线方案。
5. Lithium battery relevant equipments
   Provides automatic labeling machine, automatic package machine, automatic soldering machine and laser welding machine. 
Provides lithium battery whole production line solution and technical support.

2004
2月东莞市天赛塑胶机械有限公司成立。
8月**台由国人自制的低压注胶机由东莞市天赛塑胶机械有限公司正式上市。

2005
2月LPMS?正式注册与通过为公司商标。

2008
6月公司因扩大整体搬迁到东莞市大岭山镇大岭工业区。

2009
6月公司正式通过ISO9000认证。
6月同北美,欧洲,中国台湾的低压注胶**达成低压注塑技术和成果交流分享协议。

2010
成立上海分部服务长三角及北方市场。

2011
9月与印度汉高达成低压注塑技术和成果交流分享协议。
11月LPMS把三板模技术**次引入到低压注胶。

2012
4月与美国的LPMS USA达成低压注塑技术和成果交流分享协议。
8月获得国家授予民营科技企业称号并成为东莞民营科技企业协会会员单位。
12月低压注胶机LPMS800,800M,800H,800HMG获得CE认证。
12月与义大利的Mecatronic srl公司达成低压注塑技术和成果交流分享协议。

2013
6月与马来西亚的KK NG, 新加坡Auzana Industries (S) Pte Ltd达成低压注塑技术和成果交流分享协议。
7月与澳大利亚的Tarapath Pty Ltd. 达成低压注塑技术和成果交流分享协议。
10月LPMS研发的一体式低压注胶机获得国家发明**。
11月获得东莞市科技局创新基金资助。
低压注胶机LPMS600,700,1000H,2000H获得CE认证。

2014
5月与日本松本加工株式会社达成低压注塑技术和成果交流分享协议。
7月通过ISO/TS16949认证。
10月厂房面积扩建至10000多平米。

2015
2015年公司研发的电池自动点焊机与激光点焊机、自动贴标机、自动装袋机上市并受到客户热捧。

2016
5月因业务需求天赛华东销售服务处升级为华东分公司

2017
9月公司研发的低压注塑方案获得ISO 13849-3和NFPA 79认证并得到欧美厂家**与推崇
12月两液型硅胶低压注胶机研发成功。

2018
2月公司通过收购并控股其它公司，经营业务增加CVD镀漆、三防漆等电子产品防水封装保护方案，使公司能给客户提供更全面的电子产品防水封装保护方案。
4月公司的真空气相沉积镀膜机（CVD加工设备）研发成功。
